After long time @ home, finally we can enjoy yoga together. 

Creating new life style to coexist with Corona Virus, 

Sara Yoga offer outdoor yoga sessions during this summer 2020 !

Let's enjoy yoga under the sky, in large space with fresh air  and boost your immune system fast for comming season !

 

Where : on the grass in front of the Rosegarten (Neusser Wall 33, 50670 Köln) in Agnesviertel

 

When :  Sundays (only summer season, when the weather is fine and the temperature more than 18 degree)

 

If the weather is not good, this out door class does not takes place but you can join online course @ home.

I will let you know 8:30 AM of Sunday morning by mail.

 

What you need : your yoga mats, warm clothes, blanket, sun cream, spray against mosquitos, water !
